As Chair, I led several doctoral committees, primarily for candidates pursuing the Ph.D. in Educational Leadership (Ph.D.-EDL) and the Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) degrees. My responsibilities included overseeing the doctoral defense process, guiding candidates through their dissertation work, and ensuring the committee's functions ran smoothly.
